House Rules:

        No smoking

        Check-in time is 3PM - 12AM (midnight).

        Check out by 10AM

 Please know that the entrance to the house requires climbing a few stairs.

        There is no handicap access.

        There are no stairs once in the house.

 

First time guests provide a 50% deposit.

 

Cancellation allowed for guests who cancel 30 days prior, with deposit returned.

 

Payment by cash, check or money order made out to Mark Heusinkveld
